Self-love is often a journey that requires a lot of practice and patience, but it’s incredibly necessary & worthwhile. We find that creating a “recipe for self-love” can be a helpful tool to reference when you’re feeling down. You can incorporate ingredients like self-appreciation and compassion, setting boundaries, connecting with nature, and taking breaks. You can choose to nourish yourself with a meal or simply be kind to yourself when looking in the mirror. Regardless of what your “recipe” may look like, remember that you are worthy of love, including your own. We hope this campaign inspires you to be gentle and kind to yourself.
